Speaking Engagements
I facilitate workshops and deliver keynotes that create intentional space for women, especially women of color, to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their power. These sessions are not simply about learning new concepts, they are an invitation to exhale, to be seen, and to explore what it means to feel grounded and confident from the inside out.
Whether in boardrooms, retreats, or community gatherings, I guide participants through the inner shifts that help them move from burnout and self-doubt to clarity, self-trust, and calm authority. My approach blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and lived expertise to create experiences that resonate long after the session ends.
Each engagement is thoughtfully tailored to the needs and dynamics of your team or audience, ensuring the message is both relevant and transformative.
How We Can Work Together
-
This is not just coaching, it is identity work, nervous system work, and power work.
Through mindset transformation, emotional regulation, and values alignment, you will gain the clarity, voice, and self-trust to live, work, and show up from who you truly are, not from who you have been told to be.
What’s included:
1:1 In-person or virtual weekly coaching sessions (8X)
Inner Liberation Toolkit: Workbooks, journaling prompts, affirmations, values-to-behavior matrix, and micro-practice library.
Weekly Reflection Exercises (Mindset & Somatic): To regulate nervous system, increase clarity, and build inner trust.
1 Bonus Integration Session: Post-program follow-up
Trauma-informed, culturally responsive support: Personalized strategies to build confidence, restore clarity, and make decisions that align with your values
Outcomes:
You wake up with more energy and no longer feel like you are running on empty every day
You stop saying “yes” when you really mean “no” and feel good about protecting your time and peace
You feel more like yourself again - not just the version of you who works, gives, and pushes through for everyone else
You have simple ways to calm your mind and body when life gets overwhelming, so stress no longer controls you

I speak to what it means to be a woman navigating burnout, self-doubt, and the weight of performance in a world that rarely makes space for our full truth.
Whether I am leading a keynote, workshop, or intimate fireside chat, I create spaces where women, especially women of color, can pause, reflect, and reconnect with the power they have always had.
My talks blend lived experience, mindset strategy, and emotional clarity to help women name what they are carrying and remember who they are. These are not just speaking sessions, they are invitations to exhale, recalibrate, and rise.
Popular topics include:
Nurture You. First:
Mental and emotional rejuvenation for women who care for everyone else. Learn how to release the constant pressure to give, create space for your own needs, and restore your energy, peace, and sense of self.
From Imposter Syndrome to Inner Authority: Mindset shifts for women ready to stop questioning themselves
Healing the Hustle: Burnout recovery for the high-performing and exhausted
Beyond Safe Spaces: Building trust, emotional safety, and accountability in relationships and spaces
The Congruent Woman: Aligning identity, values, and how you show up in the world
Every session is customized to the needs of your audience and rooted in liberatory, trauma-aware, and emotionally intelligent practices.
Whether you are hosting a leadership summit, retreat, panel, or wellness gathering, my role is to hold space for truth, transformation, and deep resonance.
About Winta Ghidei
PhD in Public Health | Coach | Speaker
For over a decade, I have worked at the intersection of equity, mindset, and leadership as a public health researcher, university educator, and now as a transformational coach and strategist. My journey has not just been professional, it has been deeply personal.
I was always taught that achievement would lead to freedom. For years I chased it from academia to public health leadership until I found myself burned out, disconnected, and quietly unraveling.
As a Black immigrant woman, I know what it feels like to navigate systems that were not built for you, to lead while second-guessing yourself, and to shrink your power just to feel safe. I also know what is possible on the other side of that.
It was only when I began to unlearn the silence, the pressure, and the survival mode that I discovered something more powerful: liberated wisdom. A way of leading, living, and learning that is grounded in presence, purpose, and truth.
My background
I hold a PhD in Public Health with a research focus on trauma-informed and equity-centered systems. My work has explored the impact of race, gender, violence, and displacement on workplace wellbeing and access to opportunity. As an academic, I have led large-scale qualitative studies, co-designed programs for immigrant women, and taught university-level courses on civic leadership and inclusion.
Today, I bring that same depth of research and lived experience into my work with women of color who are navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, and a longing for peace and inner liberation. Over the past two years, I have also been formally trained and accredited in transformation coaching, mindset coaching, meditation, confidence coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. These certifications, combined with my PhD-level research expertise, allow me to integrate evidence-based strategies with deep, human-centered support.
My coaching is holistic, addressing the whole person across mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental well-being. This means helping clients reframe limiting beliefs, regulate emotions, set boundaries, reconnect with their values and purpose, and create supportive inner and outer environments. I draw on tools such as mindset transformation, emotional intelligence development, mindfulness, visualization, purpose discovery, self-compassion practices, journaling, and intentional space design to help women not only recover but truly thrive.
What I believe:
True change begins within.
Peace is not a luxury, it is a necessity.
Your worth is not defined by your productivity.
Rest is a form of resistance and a pathway to clarity.
When women of color feel safe, supported, and seen, they rise in ways that change everything around them.
